Accommodation
Teams/athletes will be accommodated in good quality hotels*** in Baselga di Piné, where the events will take place, or in Bedollo.
The LOC (Local Organizing Committee) cooperates effectively with local hotels, being therefore able to assure an adequate accommodation, adjusted to athletes’ and teams’ needs (in case of special needs, please indicate them in the “NOTES” space included in the form).
The hotels are suitable to satisfy athletes’ needs, especially regarding selection of food, and meals serving times. Three meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) per day will be served at the hotel, with a sufficient quantity of food and one soft drink per meal.

Per person, per night, in double room with full board – FB (including one soft drink per meal).

Prices include the tourist tax (1.50 € per person per day).
Additional services and technical support:
Shuttle Service from/to Ice Rink Piné, on occasion of the official events of the competition.
Shuttle Service from/to Trento railway station or from/to airports on request – free of charge.

BOOKING TERMS
Within 19.02.2016; the number of double and single rooms needed and the arrival/departure days must be communicated through the accommodation form.
Soon after receiving your request, the Official Incoming Agency will send you the booking confirmation, together with the instructions for payment.
CANCELLATION FEE
For reserved rooms which are not used, the LOC has the right to request a cancellation fee.
